Comfort and Convenience Found!

excellent location cute staff nearby restaurants

The location was excellent because it was close to downtown areas and amenities. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to many different restaurants in the area. The staff at the front desk were very cute to me. I appreciated their willingness to help me.

The website images did not fully represent the room I received. I also saw some rats among the bushes outside during the evening. That was not ideal.

The room was equipped with useful amenities. I especially liked the comfortable beds it had, because I needed energy for my outings. The room provided a restful space.

The hotel provides laundry services, thus helping to keep clothes fresh and clean during long stays. A shared kitchen on the penthouse floor offers cooking facilities , because I wanted to prepare my own meals, as well. This kitchen created a sense of community.

great experience in downtown

helpful staff great service

barbara at the front desk helped me plan my day using a map. the housekeeping staff did a great job with attention to detail. the manager of housekeeping showed concern and kindness. were pretty good too help me. i would stay there again because of the really good service and care.

the location was very accessible and close to many restaurants. the staff was helpful when i needed directions to a grocery store. i appreciated the clean and upscale room (it had a microwave).

the bottles for shampoo and body wash were empty in the bathroom.

the location was acceptable. it was close to several stores.

i wasn't happy about some things. the bedding felt old and uncomfortable. the bathroom wasnt nice at all. there weren't many breakfast choices, and they didn't have options for my dietary needs.

good location friendly staff mold issue loud ac

the hotel has a pretty good location near downtown events. staffs are friendly and they are available. the rooms are big too, nice.

the place wasn't very clean and that bothered me. i found mold in the room, that wasn't cool. the ac was pretty old and made a lot of noise. the parking garage seemed to had a rat problem.

convenient location great discount well-lit mirror en-suite room

The location was very convenient for accessing public transportation. I found the nearby restaurant offered a great discount for hotel guests. The bathroom had a well-lit mirror, especially useful for shaving. The standard en-suite room met my needs.

The power outlets in my room did not all work. There were also not enough towels provided. I noticed that the sink and bathtub were somewhat clogged, with water pooling quickly.

The spot restaurant is on the ground floor and offers a 20 percent discount for hotel guests. This is a great deal. IT IS very acceptable and provides good value for money, especially for multiple visits.

water damage faulty shower

The bathroom was a bit worn. Water damage was visible on the cabinets, seemingly caused by a faulty shower curtain that allowed water to spray everywhere. I also experienced issues with the toilet, as it blocked easily, and the shower water turned cold rather quickly. The shower tap was also a little difficult to turn.
